Clinical approach & background

About My Practice

You don't have to face anxiety, stress, trauma, or life transitions alone. As a Licensed Psychologist with over 26 years of experience, I provide online CBT and trauma-informed therapy for Filipino adults seeking practical, compassionate, and evidence-based support. Together we'll understand what's keeping you stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward lasting emotional well-being.Throughout my career in mental health, rehabilitation, addiction recovery, and crisis containment, I have dedicated my practice to supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families through secure online sessions and selected in-person appointments.

My clinical approach focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) seamlessly integrated with trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches, motivational interviewing, attachment-informed interventions, and systems-based care planning. With nearly three decades of clinical background, I believe effective therapy is never about applying a single rigid technique; it is about understanding the whole person while utilizing interventions deeply supported by scientific research.

Areas of Focus & Specialization

With a deep background in managing complex psychological cases, I provide structured, trauma-informed psychotherapy and psychological consultation for:

Clinical Conditions: Anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, complex trauma, obsessive-compulsive symptoms (OCD), and emotional dysregulation.

Life & Workplace Stress: Burnout, workplace stress, compassion fatigue, adjustment difficulties, grief, and life transitions.

Behavioral & Recovery Support: Addiction recovery, relapse prevention, family conflict, behavioral concerns, and family psychoeducation.

Therapeutic Style & Philosophy

My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and highly structured.
